So, they interrupt your water rituals instinctively, predatorily. They sense the shift; they sense the release, and their goal becomes to re-anchor their energy inside you. That’s why the knocks come right as you begin to feel lighter. That’s why you feel heaviness after they disturb your shower. It’s not just annoyance; it is energetic intrusion.
They’re inserting themselves into a moment of purification so you do not come out cleaner, calmer, or more detached. They want your spirit clogged because clarity is dangerous to a narcissist, to their illusion. The bathroom, for many survivors, is the first place they start to remember who they are. It is where you look into the mirror and start seeing your truth.
It is where you cry without judgment. It is where your silence finds stillness, and that stillness is sacred. Narcissists hate anything sacred because sacredness is private, and privacy means freedom, which is what they do not want you to feel or to achieve.
